Worked in a close-knit, dedicated team to develop a customer management system. Designed and coded multiple front-end portals and worked on their integration into various other components & systems in an MVC environment. Portals developed according to web standards as well as widely excepted “best practice” concepts for UI design and in working with CSS, HTML, Javascript, JSP. Developed use cases and scenarios and assisted in QA testing.

Operations Manager - Operations Dept
Managed the day-to-day activities of the operations staff. Created procedural documents and operational guidelines. Made use of cost-saving strategies including the use of open source software. Deployed an NMS and intranet and trained staff on how to use it. Worked on the development of an operational guidelines manual (over 100 pages) outlining in great detail how to run the operations department. Demonstrated the network to high profile potential investors and customers.

Systems Analysts - Operations Dept
Maintained a $6.7B CDMA wireless network with a coverage area of over 100 million POPs in the continental US. Troubleshot and maintained 100+ cell sites controlled by Lucent 5ESS switches while being on-call 24/7. Worked in the turn up and handoff of network elements from engineering to operations. Created custom network health reports. Managed contractor relations and insured that vendors and equipment were operating within established SLAs. Took over the ISP account maintenance for the company and through detailed reporting was able to work with the vendor in receiving credits for over $100k in over billing. Provisioned microwave radios, Cisco routers & switches, as well many 3G and 4G wireless technologies from Flarion, IPWireless.

2001 - 2002 IT Consultant
Supported various companies as an IT consultant. Projects included the installation of network equipment, workstations, and servers, termination of cat5 cabling, running of test procedures to ensure all the equipment can properly communicate.

2000 - 2001Customer Service Rep Level II
Worked in a call center providing outsourced hardware and software support for clients such as Dell and Micron. Troubleshot various hardware & software problems, managed call center queues, and provided training on new products being released to other CSR.
